VANCOUVER, BC-April 2, 2009- Layer 7 Technologies, a leading vendor of governance and security solutions for application services, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Integrated SOA Governance Technology Sets*.
